If you read much here at Intoxicated on Life, you probably know I enjoy baking with almond flour. It’s become one of my standard go-to flour’s. But, I’ve been trying to moderate that recently and use more coconut flour. Learn more about the good and the bad of cooking with almond flour over at Natural Family Today.
