Easy Naturally-Sweetened Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 qt. raw or whole milk (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
- 2 organic grass-fed egg yolks (optional)
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- dash sea salt
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/2 c. honey
- Blend all ingredients.
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn until fluffy (15-20 minutes, depending on your machine).
- Eat as is for soft serve, or scoop into loaf pan and freeze for an hour.
