Ingredients
1over-ripe bananamashed (about 1/2 c.)
1/2cupnut butteralmond, peanut, etc.
1/4cuphoneylocal is always best
1/3cupbuckwheat flour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/4cupraisins
1/4cupdairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the banana, then add in remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
