Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1 1/2 cup bananas mashed (about 3 medium)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour packed
  • 1/2 cup strawberries diced

Frosting

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat donut maker.
  • In mixing bowl, mash bananas. Add in eggs, honey and vanilla.
  • Mix well and stir in remaining ingredients. Let stand for a few minutes.
  • Bake two heaping tablespoonfuls of batter for 12 minutes in donut maker.
  • In separate bowl whip cream cheese, honey and vanilla. Frost cooled donuts.
  • Makes about 2 dozen medium-sized donuts.
