Good night herbal tea blend

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chamomile
  • 1 teaspoon hibiscus
  • 1/2 teaspoon oatstraw
  • 1/4 teaspoon Valerian

Instructions

  • Mix herbs and cover with 16 ounces of boiling water.
  • Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
  • Add raw honey as needed for flavor.

Notes

To make a bulk batch, multiply the ingredients however many times you'd like. For about one cup of the tea blend, use 1/2 cup chamomile, 1/4 cup hibiscus, 1/8 cup (or 2 tablespoons) oat straw, and 1 tablespoon Valerian. Use approximately 4 teaspoons of the blend per serving of tea.
