Ingredients

  • 18 eggs
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup raw milk use almond, coconut or cashew to reduce the carb count if you need to! :)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound meat of your choice: precooked ham, chopped cooked ground beef, Homemade Sausage

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • If you're using ham, cut it into small pieces. If you're using ground beef, brown 1 lb. in a medium frying pan over low to medium heat. You can add the Homemade Sausage Seasoning anytime while the hamburger is browning and stir it in well.
  • Combine the eggs, onion, green pepper, milk, and cheese in large mixing bowl. Whisk together well.
  • Stir in the meat of your choice. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour until just lightly browned on top.
