1cupraw milkuse almond, coconut or cashew to reduce the carb count if you need to! :)
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1poundmeat of your choice:precooked ham, chopped cooked ground beef, Homemade Sausage
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
If you're using ham, cut it into small pieces. If you're using ground beef, brown 1 lb. in a medium frying pan over low to medium heat. You can add the Homemade Sausage Seasoning anytime while the hamburger is browning and stir it in well.
Combine the eggs, onion, green pepper, milk, and cheese in large mixing bowl. Whisk together well.
Stir in the meat of your choice. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 1 hour until just lightly browned on top.
