Sugar Free Cream Cheese Frosting

Perfect for topping cakes, cookies and cupcakes, this sugar free cream cheese frosting is sure to become a staple in your baking repertoire!

- 8 ounces cream cheese 1 box, room temperature
- 8 ounces butter 1 stick, room temperature
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon stevia extract*
- pinch sea salt
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and whip until fluffy.
Pipe onto cupcakes, or spread onto cake or cookies.
*Not all stevia has the same sweetness so don't be afraid to use less and add more if needed.
This recipe is sugar-free but due to the tapioca starch it is not free of carbohydrates.
