These flavorful almond spice cookies are a delicious addition to a holiday cookie tray, but simple and quick enough to make anytime!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter 1/2 stick
  • 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice crystals cane sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon heavy cream
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash cloves to taste

Instructions

  • Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and cream.
  • Stir together dry ingredients.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture until well mixed.
  • Roll into balls and flatten lightly on parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes.
  • Makes about 1 dozen cookies
