These flavorful almond spice cookies are a delicious addition to a holiday cookie tray, but simple and quick enough to make anytime!

- 4 tablespoons salted butter 1/2 stick
- 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice crystals cane sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon heavy cream
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash cloves to taste
Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and cream.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter mixture until well mixed.
Roll into balls and flatten lightly on parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 12-18 minutes.
