Green Herb Tahini Sauce

These beautifully-colored tahini sauce is a delicious addition to any Middle Eastern meal!

Ingredients
large bunch of cilantro or parsley
leaves and stem included
1/4
cup
tahini
3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
or 1/32 t. pure stevia extract
1 1/2
tablespoon
lemon juice
about half a lemon's worth
3 to 4
tablespoons
water
salt to taste
Instructions
In a blender, add the cilantro or parsley, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, salt, lemon juice and blend until combined.
If too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time and blend until smooth and reaches the desired consistency.
