For a bright, summery flavor on your salads, try this fresh strawberry vinaigrette!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons MCT oil or a mild flavored olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Clean and coarsely chop strawberries.
  • Combine all your ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well, until there are no lumps.
  • Taste to make sure the salt and pepper are to your liking as each person is different.
  • Enjoy!
