Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette

For a bright, summery flavor on your salads, try this fresh strawberry vinaigrette!

- 1 cup organic strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons MCT oil or a mild flavored olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons raw honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Clean and coarsely chop strawberries.
Combine all your ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well, until there are no lumps.
Taste to make sure the salt and pepper are to your liking as each person is different.
