Strawberry Coconut Popsicles
These easy-to-prep popsicles are loaded with nutrition, but so yummy your kids won't even know they're getting a health food. ;) Keep them in the freezer for summer snacking, or even an easy breakfast.
- 10 strawberries frozen or fresh
- 12 ounces full fat coconut milk
- 2-4 tablespoons honey to taste; may also substitute stevia drops or other sugar-free sweetener to taste.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon magnesium powder
