Sugar Free Mocha Mint Shake

Move over, Starbucks. This delicious, real-food chocolate/mint/coffee shake is actually good for you, can be made at home, and is a lot cheaper than coffehouse drinks!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 cup spinach optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1-2 pinches sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon stevia Start with less and taste as you go, all brands of stevia are NOT the same
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Taste to check how sweet it is and add more if needed.
