Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese 1 box
  • ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese and Swerve sweetener into a mixing bowl and beat on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the eggs, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg, and beat until well combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until the crust on the outside is browned, and the mixture is cooked through in the center. The finished consistency of the egg loaf will resemble a set custard.
  • Serve topped with melted butter and sugar-free syrup.
