Easy Hot Chicken Salad (low-carb)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups celery thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup almonds sliced, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz sliced water chestnuts 1 can
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Mix everything except the cheese in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes to warm through. Add the cheese to the top of the mixture during the last 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
