Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado coarsely chopped
  • 1 roma tomato coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon onion finely chopped
  • 3 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Chop the vegetables.
  • Toss together chopped vegetables, bacon, olive oil, lime juice, and spices. Enjoy immediately!
