GENERAL QUESTIONS

Awe shucks. You’re swell for saying that. It’s easy to leave a review. Just go to the page displaying the item and find the box that says, “Add a review.”

First, check your spam folder. If you see it there, make sure to move it from Spam to your regular Inbox.

If you still can’t find it, you can always go into your online account and download the product from there.

All products you’ve purchased from our online story are available in your online account:

1. If you aren’t currently logged in, you’ll see a “Login” option in the top menu. Click that (you’ll then have to enter your e-mail address and password). If you’re already logged in, click “My Account.”

2. To access your purchased eBooks, click “Downloads.” Click on the “Download” buttons to download each book.

3. To access your purchased eCourses, click “My Account” and then look under “My Memberships.” Click “View” to access the the course.

Some browsers open files in a new browser tab or window.

In most browsers…

1. Go to the tab that has the file open

2. Click on “File” in the menu above and choose “Save As” or “Save Page As.”

3. Your computer will then give you the option to save the file wherever you like.

Many phones don’t have the necessary software to open certain types of files. Save your e-mail and come back to download when you can use a computer. Don’t forget, you can always access your downloads from within your account.

    Every time I type in my card info to make a payment I get an error message that says an account has already been made with this information? But I am not trying to make an account, I am trying to pay..

      Hi Casey,
      It looks like you’ve made a purchase in our store before because you have an account set up in our store with your email address. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it. The benefit of having the account is all of your purchases will be saved there and you can gain access to your downloads anytime.

      The Junior workbooks are geared toward kids 4-6 years old – those just beginning to learn to write letters. You can learn more about those books here.

      The original Write Through the Bible are designed to be copywork practice for kids of varying ages. Kids learn to write manuscript and cursive at different ages, but I’d say generally speaking the manuscript books would be good for kids 7 and up (or those that are able to write a couple of sentences without their hands getting too tired) and the cursive books geared towards kids 9 and up (they could be used with younger kids depending on how well they write cursive, but the line size might be too small).     Hello! I am interested in the Writing Through The Bible workbooks. I have a few questions. First, is this a downloadable pdf file or do I need to order a workbook for each child? Second, so each work book takes a year to complete? Just trying to wrap my brain around it. Thank you!

      Hi Teri,

      The books are available in both downloadable PDF format and softcover. Most of the books on our site are downloadable. We currently, for a limited time, have some softcover books available. They’ll all say “softcover” in the title. You can purchase the softcover books on Amazon as well.

      Yes, the book will take approximately one full school year to complete. The student will copy the first part of the passage 3 days in a row, then they’ll have vocabulary from the passage, and then a day of dictation. They’ll then move on to the next part of the passage and do the same thing. After a few weeks they’ll then have a few days of review where they’ll go back over the passages they’ve already completed. I hope that makes sense and answers your questions!

    I am getting a similar message as other questions about an error when trying to purchase digital material. Is this still an option?

      Hi Christianna,
      Would you be able to email me a screen shot of the error you’re getting? We had thought we resolved all of the problems and have digital product orders go through all the time. I’ll need to get this to my tech guy so we can get this one fixed! Sorry for the problem trisha@intoxicatedonlife.com
