Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons raw local honey
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips I use Enjoy Life minis
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds or 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon mint extract

Instructions

  • Combine honey and yogurt in a small bowl then add to the blender.
  • Top with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
