Basic Grain-Free Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef or a mixture of pork and beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk if you're dairy-free
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free worcestershire or coconut aminos

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Form into balls and place on a pan.
  • Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until browned through.
  • Enjoy!
