- 1 medium avocado coarsely chopped
- 1 roma tomato coarsely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon onion finely chopped
- 3 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Chop the vegetables.
Toss together chopped vegetables, bacon, olive oil, lime juice, and spices. Enjoy immediately!
