I went to the area for those who get your newsletter and tried to access the “The Ultimate List of Bible Memory Songs” and I was unable to access them. When I clicked on the link it brought up a blank page. I don’t know what I was doing wrong. I tried opening it in the page I was on and I tried to click it to another page and it opened in a blank page. I would love to get the list and couldn’t.

I’m having a terrible problem with sinus this year and I’m anxious to try to make the sinus recipe but since I am a total novice here I’m wondering is the sunflower seed oil listed as the first ingredient available somewhere or is what I can find in the grocery sufficient.
The grocery stores in my area don’t typically carry those types of specialty ingredients. You could try and see if they do, but I would order here off of amazon.
