Sugar Free Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Yield 12 peanut butter cups



  1. In a small pan mix coconut oil, butter and peanut butter together until melted.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well incorporated on low
  3. Pour into lined muffin pan and let cool in freezer
  4. Pop out of muffin pan and store in a bag in the freezer
  5. This recipes make 12 peanut butter cups
  6. *I use powdered monk fruit, but powdered xylitol or Truvia work well
